Friday morning class is a Vinyasa Flow class – a dynamic moving meditation that links postures with breath.
Our classes will build throughout series, incorporating poses with dynamic flowing transitions, combining movement with the breath.
Classes are intended to inspire those who are new to yoga to increase strength and flexibility and those who already have a developed practice, to go deeper challenging themselves to their full potential.
Classes are $20 per class for a casual class.
Ten Pass package is $150, $15 per class (three month validity)
Payments can be made in cash, credit or booked online.
