Live Online Yoga Classes

Bringing Yoga to you.
Classes are live and in real time, allowing me to deliver personal guidance, connection with a little bit of fun.
Each week intuitive sequences and themes are delivered to work different parts of our bodies, to awaken different sensations, to guide you to experience movement, mindfulness, stillness and peace. The classes are designed to meet you where you’re at.

Once you book into a class you’ll be emailed instructions that will require you to download the  Zoom App, the online studio platform. The email will also contain everything else you need to know. 

Monday Week Starter
6.30 – 7.30 am
Start your week with Yoga, allowing you to set the tone for the week ahead. Together we’ll stretch and tone, build our flexibility and strength. In a nurturing environment allow me to empower you with the tools and motivation to move, to breathe and to find stillness.

Monday Yoga Nidra
12.30 – 1.00 pm
Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that takes the nervous system and the mind to a state of deep rest and relaxation, You still the flow of waves in the mind through conscious entry into the sleep state. After just 30 minutes you’ll feel as though you have slept for hours!

Tuesday Lunch Vitalizer
12.30 – 1.15 pm
A gentle Yoga flow with a guided meditation – a great break for you and the kids. You will return to your day feeling energized and calm. 

Wednesday Kick Starter
9.15 to 10.15 
A Yoga flow to kick start your day. We start with breathing techniques to settle the mind and create an uninhibited flow of energy. We use the energy in a fluid playful sequence with a focus on alignment and technique.

Wednesday Yoga Nidra

Live – Thursday Early Risers
6.00 – 7.00 am
A Yoga flow to set the the tone for your day! Roll our of bed and into this practice to wake up your body in all the right ways.

Friday Early Risers
6.00 – 7.00 am
A Yoga flow to stretch and strengthen, to sweat and flow. The transitions and sequencing become more dynamic and challenging, this class will wake you up and end in a sweet meditation .
