Teens more than any age group, need downtime.

Aside from the physical benefits of yoga, yoga teaches teens techniques for coping with the unique life issues they’re faced with every day. From Insecurity about their changing bodies, the pressure of school, exams and succeeding, the pressure to fit in, of who they are, where they’re heading to stressful schedules and constant digital distraction, life is filled with unrivalled complexities.

Teens are growing up in a multifaceted, fast-paced, ever-changing world. Technology exposes them to images, concepts, stimulus and health risks that didn’t exist 5 to 10 years ago.

In addition to my Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness and Mindset qualifications, I have trained specifically for Yoga for Teens.
