Private sessions are a great place to start on any Health and Wellness journey.

An individual Yoga & Wellness session encourages, equips and inspires the participant to take meaningful action and make a positive difference for themselves.

This session is a fabulous introduction for those new to Yoga, learning the foundation of movement, sequencing of flow and breathing techniques;  building strength, mobility, and confidence while refining alignment and posture.  We discover what it feels like to feel deeply rested through guided meditation and breathing techniques.

The therapeutic benefits help promote a positive mindset, calm both the body and the mind.

We set a Vision for how we see the best version of ourselves in the future and we create a plan for what is needed to succeed.
