Join us for a 4 – hour retreat dedicated to you!

Move mindfully with yoga, rest deeply in a guided meditation, enjoy a self-guided foot massage, scrub and foot bath, and finish with nourishing nibbles and bubbly bubbles.

Take time to nourish your body, mind, and soul on an Urban Retreat – Yoga and Mini Spa.


  • A nourishing yoga flow, to open the body, release tension and activate your energy pathways, muscles
  • A deeply rejuvenating Yoga Nidra practice – expanding awareness in a state of deep meditation. A guided deep relaxation technique to deeply rest your brain, release stress and tension and bring fresh space and clarity of mind.
  • Enjoy a self-guided foot massage and scrub, a foot spa with mineral salts and learn how to make your own natural scrubs.
  • Nibbles and bubbles
  • Gift bags and goodbye’s

Be guided through a flowing yoga practice, targeting the deep fascial networks, nerves, ligaments and connective tissues to encourage more freedom of movement, reduce stiffness and breathe away energy blockages.

30 minutes of Yoga Nidra – which will take your nervous system and the mind to a state of deep rest and relaxation, You’ll still the flow of waves in the mind through conscious entry into a sleep state – the hypnagogic state. After just 30 minutes you feel as though you have slept for hours!

Discover a world of toxic-free living with our ‘Natural Beauty’ & ‘Low Tox’ workshops. You’ll learn how to embrace a low toxin lifestyle starting with your own natural beauty products.  During this urban retreat, soak your feet in a detoxifying mineral soak and be guided to give your own reflexology foot massage using home-made natural scrubs.

Our day will end with nourishing nibbles, a glass or two of bubbles and infused mineral waters and lots of laughs.
